Information Technology - Customer/Partner Satisfaction Studies



Customer/Partner Satisfaction Metra Martech's researchers have been undertaking customer and partnersatisfaction studies for decades - and in all sorts and sizes - as illustrated in the following IT examples.



Case I - Face-to-Face Customer Interviews

    The UK subsidiary of a niche market, German software supplier - whose customers' annual invoices are generally in excess of £250,000 - commissioned us to design a suitable questionnaire and then conduct face-to-face interviews with a sizeable proportion of their UK customers. Later we were asked:
    • To present a summary of the findings at their next user Group Meeting
    • To repeat the research across a representative selection of their customers in Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.



Case II - Telephone interviewing with Channel Partners

    This client has substantial numbers of partners across the whole of Western Europe and North America. Our role has been:
    • To design a series of technically oriented questionnaires - each focusing on a different aspect of the partner/supplier relationship.
    • To complete 350 telephone interviews each quarter - in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
    • To feed the results back to our client as soon as possible after completion.
